NEW YORK, NY, October 27, 2008 - World Cyber Games (WCG), the recognized leader for global video game competitions, has begun preparations for the highly anticipated Grand Finals taking place November 5-9 in Cologne, Germany, about 800 of the world's best gamers and thousands of spectators will descend upon the city to partake in the world's most prestigious video game event.
